“Richard is very friendly, polite and professional and I felt at ease immediately when I met him. I had spoken to him on the phone before the event and he was always helpful and friendly. The event was for my Mother's 90th Birthday and he sat down and spoke to her before the event and communicated with other guests too. He is very approachable and makes everyone feel at ease. Richard's performance was excellent. He has a very good voice, a wide variety of songs, and his finale song, New York, got everyone up dancing. All the guests enjoyed it.”
